Tommy and Barbara Hooper joined St. Vincent de Paul members from Immaculate Conception and St. John Vianney parishes in forming the first Ozanam Training Team in the Diocese of Nashville. The purpose of this program is to provide an orientation for all councils and conferences throughout the U.S.

Members of St. Vincent de Paul attended a training session on Saturday, September 15 at St. Christopher's in Dickson, TN. Members in attendance included Tommy Hooper, Barbara Hooper, Anne Hamann, Annaleigh Landsford, Joe and Susan Eaton, Tom Powers, Dr. George Matthai, Carolyn Hooper, Cindy Barnes and Ismael Rivera.
