The Youth Leadership Workshop (YLW) unites rising juniors,seniors, and college freshman from parishes all across our Diocese for four days of leadership training and spiritual growth. The goal of YLW is to empower and educate young leaders about their faith and the gifts, talents, and abilities God has given them. YLW is grounded in our Catholic faith as participants will experience unique experiences in Adoration, Prayer, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Mass. During the workshop, teens will interact in small groups to explore their leadership styles, understand Christ’s call to discipleship, and build lasting relationships.
